src/cppunit/PlugInManager.cpp: fixed bug in unload().

is CPPUNIT_HAVE_RTTI is not 0. This removes the need to use
different libraries. CPPUNIT_USE_TYPEINFO_NAME can be set on a
case by case basis for HelperMacros.

TypeInfoHelper.h.
