Subject: Fixes to allow building with SGI MIPSpro 7.30 compiler. The testsuite
 file examples/cppunittest/SubclassedTestCase.cpp causes the compiler to dump
 core, so that and HelperMacrosTest were not tested.  The rest of the test
 suite passes.
