Make its verbose parameter optional: verbose=False by default. * Add msvcrt.GetErrorMode(). * SuppressCrashReport now uses GetErrorMode() and SetErrorMode() of the msvcrt module, rather than using ctypes. * Remove also an unused variable (deadline) in wait_process().
