win32: name the dummy union in GIT_REPARSE_DATA_BUFFER
Instead of buf->"typeofbuffer"ReparseBuffer the members will be
referenced with buf->ReparseBuffer."typeofbuffer"

calls the union DUMMYUNIONNAME but that looks a bit cluttered.
