Fix order of arguments in assertEqual

Some tests used incorrect order assertEqual(observed, expected).

The correct order expected by testtools is...

    def assertEqual(self, expected, observed, message=''):
        """Assert that 'expected' is equal to 'observed'.

        :param expected: The expected value.
        :param observed: The observed value.
        :param message: An optional message to include in the error.
        """

The string length of the sum of the results of repr(expected) and
repr(observed) is greater than 70, then, MismatchError message is
changed, as below.

  Ex.:
        raise mismatch_error
    MismatchError: !=:
    reference = '_123456789_123456789_bar'
    actual    = '_123456789_123456789_123456789_123456789_123456789'

Use real timestamps in authentication tests

Using a non time string means it won't be correctly parsed by anything
in keystoneclient trying to read those auth responses.

* service_catalog.py will be used only by nova(cinder.py), it will be removed if nova
uses access instead of service_catalog. Then service_catalog.py and
test_service_catalog.py will be removed from cinderclient if necessary.

* Some unit tests are modified.

* Because of JSON format's modification, functions that process cinder
credentials and cinder endpoints are changed.

* Add dependency for keystoneclient in requirements.txt.

Add support for multiple cinder endpoints

Before v1 and v2 were set to the same service_type, so you could only
have one set at a time. This assumes the catalog is setup for v1
service_type 'volume' and v2 service_type 'volumev2'.

For backwards compatibility, we will allow v2 to be setup with
service_type 'volume' for existing installations.

tests/__init__.py implies a package in the global namespace called
tests. That's not what these are - they're tests in the cinderclient
namespace.
