Rename --configdrive to --config-drive

Rename the --configdrive option of the CLI to make it consistent with
the --config-drive option in the Nova client.

Fix argument for configdrive usage

The argument name defined must match how it is used in the code. Fix
--config-drive to be --configdrive, to match the code. Fix the metavar
as well while we're here, though it only has an effect on help, docs,
etc.

This wasn't caught by tests because shell arguments are mocked there,
and the gate doesn't use the CLI at all.

Adds a space to separate 'portwhich', and ends the sentence with
a period (because the other help strings do that).

port-list support get-port-from-mac

cli command port-show use the restapi 'get /v1/port/detail?address
={macaddress}', it also lack restapi 'get /v1/port?address={mac}'

add port-list to get the port which has macaddress:
 ironic port-list --address {macaddress}
 ironic port-list --address {macaddress} --detail

Update requirements.txt

The requirements.txt file was stale.
- argparse is included in py27 now
- we are using some oslo libs which weren't listed

Tihs updates requirements.txt based on what we're actually using.
