It was added in 2014 and was supposed to be used for sharing revocation
events with keystonemiddleware. It was never finished, and the code is
untested and is not used by anything.

Enable code coverage report in console output

Change the behaviour of tox -e cover to also print the coverage report
to the console, rather than only creating html files that contain the
report. This is a convenience change and should provide a better user
experience.

It is untested and doesn't work for a while. It also causes a failure
when the method is used by other client or by keystoneclient itself.
