throw into 3.9.5, but there it is.  Fixes #1161.

fix: shorten the sqlite debug info listing

This is totally cosmetic.  I often look at "coverage debug sys", and the
long list of SQLite info at the end is never the thing I want to look
at.  So squish it up to take less space.
