Fetch now deals with custom refspecs much better.
Even though the test-csae only verifies this spec:
+refs/pull/*:refs/heads/pull/*
I could locally verify that it indeed handles other ones just as well:
+refs/pull/*:refs/pull/*
Fixes #243
