Fixed issue #25

Was caused by a cast from int to size_t in getcmdargs(). Also noticed from test
suite failure in test_gid that we should be returning ruid and rgid probably
instead of effective uid and process gid. Changed get_process_info()
accordingly and test suite now passes.
