Added a test case to check if all allowed chars are accepted and the rest is rejected.
Added a check for empty continuation lines.
Improved error reporting by adding a line number.
Removed test_allowed_chars_for_username method from acl.py as the check for group name will flag the "@" char, making this test case redundent.

Reverting the change made in rev937119 as it seems to cause a core dump in RHEL5.

I haven't managed to pin point the issue. Once I do I may introduce the fix again with the required changes.

- Removed the hacky way to access the internal time value in AbsTime now that there
  is a defined AbsTime value EPOCH.
- Changed all the code to use Duration(EPOCH, abtime)
