If the client doesn't add a domain to the userID supplied in the message, the broker will add the default realm before performing the userID check.

Support for restarting a persistent cluster.

Option --cluster-size=N: members wait for N members before recovering store.
Stores marked as clean/dirty. Automatically recover from clean store on restart.
Stores marked with UUID to detect errors.

Not yet implemented: consistency checks, manual recovery from all dirty stores.

Revert "Added getStoreDir() to MessageStore"

This reverts revision 882218 which broke the Windows.

It also assumes that a MessageStore has an associated directory, which
is not the case for all stores. We need a portable way to associate
extra state with a store.
