* src/Makefile.am:
  - Added missing .h files in distribution.
* src & tests Makefile.am:
 - Made generated .mk fragments maintaner-clean, not distclean, otherwise
   distclean followed by a VPATH build fails.
* cpp/src/tests/quick_topictest: cat error log on failure.
