	* SPECS/qpid-cpp.spec: Draft RPM spec file for C++. Based on
	  initial draft provided by David Lutterkort 
	* cpp Makefiles: Renamed libraries with qpid prefix: libqpidclient etc.
	* cpp/man/: moved to docs/man/
	* docs/api/usr.doxygen: more restricted, user-oriented doc settings.
