When running store tests, pass the store type to the script. Also added test runs for the CLFS store.

1. Enable the second set of tests, now that brokertest.py is checked in and running. This allows the tests that require a broker restart to be executed.

2. Make the script accept a command line argument to say which store to run the tests against.
