  - Removed unneeded python router code
  - Added propagation of subscribed global addresses
  - Broke out address statistics to include to/from-container counts
  - Trace no longer optional, broke down and added loop prevention
  - Don't allow endpoint subscriptions to subscribe to local-class addresses
