NO-JIRA Clean up some text and formatting in .NET binding.
1. Delete Microsoft name in some projects.
2. Get rid of ascii codes >= 0x80. The copyright symbol is the main culprit.
3. Change 2010 to 2011.
4. Minor tab and trailing whitespace removal.
