its "ready" message, the commands it has sent to the broker may not yet
be complete. This results in sporadic lost messages if the producer is
started immediately (e.g. by a script.)
- Added Session::sync(), wait till all commands to date have completed.
- Call sync() before printing "ready" in listener example programs
- Removed sleep from verify script

- Replaced InProcessBroker with BrokerFixture, uses a full loopback
broker for more realistic tests.
- Extracted non-generated parts of Session_0_10 into SessionBase.
- Sundry small fixes.

- tests can force a disorderly disconnect.

- close() in destructor to avoid leaks.

- close() in destructor, to fix hang when destroyed without being closed.

- Fixed race in close/add.

- Extracted all non-generated code from Session_0_10 into SessionBase
- Added sync()
src/tests/exception_test.cpp: Converted to boost & BrokerFixture
src/tests/ClientChannelTest.cpp, ClientSessionTest.cpp: Use BrokerFixture
