This will allow the queue to be reconfigured during the binding process. Full Docs on this approach to appear on wiki. AMQQueue.configure and getConfiguration() have been updated to use ConfigurationPlugin rather than QueueConfiguration, The queue may be configured by a TopicConfiguration now.
