Subject: QPID-5306: Improve c++ tests some more: Add options to run_test
 script:  --working-dir  - run the test in this directory  --build-dir    -
 set the top of the build tree  --source-dir   - set the top of the source
 tree  --python       - run a python test  --start-broker - start/stop broker
 before and after test  --broker-options - allow non default broker options

Remove a bunch of now obsolete testing related scripts
