Use Qpid and post us your feedback to qpid-dev@incubator.apache.org Plesae be sure to take a look at the coding guidelines for the setcion of the project that you contribute to Some Ideas to contributeThemes and JIRA's for our road map are located here RoadMap Please fell free to mail the dev list if you want to pick up any of these items on the project. Google Summer of Code GSoC Becoming a committer:Qpid uses the following guidelines for voting in new committers. First off we would like new committers to have provided meaningful contribution to the project. By contributions we include development (tests, features, examples) or documentation through patches and interactions with the project through lists and JIRA. The key question is what does the Qpid project consider to be a meaningful contribution to be come a committer. As this bar is set for all new commiters Qpid will be conservative in general with adding new committers. The Qpid project will look to see if someone consistently provides quality contributions and interactions with the project over a period or 1 to 2 months. Based on that the PPMC will vote the new committers onto the project. If you have any question please mail qpid-dev@incubator.apache.org or qpid-private@incubator.apache.org Many thanks for you interest, Joining the PPMCWhile we (Qpid) are still in the incubator, if you want to join the PPMC, once you have become a committer please just mail he qpid-private@i.a.o list and request to be added to the PPMC. Once we graduate this will be done with a vote buy the then action PMC. |
