:class:`.AssociationProxy` constructor, to suit the
:attr:`.AssociationProxy.info` accessor that was added in
:ticket:`2971`.  This is possible because :class:`.AssociationProxy`
is constructed explicitly, unlike a hybrid which is constructed
implicitly via the decorator syntax.
