This change the method writing the .metadata file for each group to do
it in an atomic fashion. This avoids the need to lock the whole driver
to read/write the group information.

Voluptuous schema validation return validated/modified/converted data on
schema __call__, so let's use it (even if we don't yet convert
anything).

This is only used in one class, so move it where it's used for more
clarity.

The docs state this only throws OSError so we might
as well just catch only that vs its parent class.

As the bug specifies, running heartbeat() concurrently to other actions
(such as release()) is raceful as using heartbeat() can and will change
the modifiedIndex field of a lock, thus breaking the compare function of
the Compare-and-Delete used by release(). This patch, therefore, uses
threading's Lock object to make sure only a single action is done
concurrently in tooz' etcd driver.

When using the wait functionality, one must use the last index increased
by one, as the wait returns once that index has been used. Using the
index that is already been returned by the etcd instance will cause
'wait' to return immediately, producing a busy-wait loop while spamming
the server with the same requests over and over.

Currently, _get_random_uuid() is defined in test_coordination.py as a
staticmethod. This in turn forces multiple test suites to either use
that function from test_coordination (which was not done), or
re-implement the function on each call (which was done).
This patch proposes a move of the said function to tests/__init__.py,
which will allow every module to simply invoke
'tooz.tests.get_random_uuid()' if they wanted a random uuid. This will
eliminate a lot of code duplication in the test suite.

The test test_unwatch_elected_as_leader ensure
that there is exactly one leader election hook exists after
calling watch_elected_as_leader().
But the assertion actually verify that there is only one group
inside the dict _hooks_elected_leader.
This commit fix it by using the actual number of elected
leader hooks: _hooks_elected_leader[self.group_ip].

On Windows, the parsed paths always contain a starting slash, which
causes issues.
Also, the paths should be normalized, replacing slashes with
backslashes.
This patch fixes those issues, ensuring that urls such as the following
are properly handled:
file:///c:/local/path
file:////share_addr/share_name

There's no need to depends on all the stack, as hacking is pulling
everything. We also can only install hacking in the pep8 target, as it's
not used per say for tests in tooz.

LuaLock are used automatically if available by the Redis client, so
let's enjoy that. If they are not available, it'll use standard locks
anyhow.
