As a side effect, py_limited_api may now only be passed as keyword
argument. I think it is early enough for this feature to change this
and enforce the flag to be passed as a keyword...

In 3c047624, we remove the loop, but we miss to convert the tuple
to a string. Because the exception is just ignored, we don't see
that __import__ won't works

Add missing blank lines after class or function definition.
