Debug: Applying patch to disable disk_monitor on the fly by rabbitctl eval.
To disbale:
rabbitmqctl eval 'rabbit_disk_monitor:set_enabled(false).'
To re-enable:
rabbitmqctl eval 'rabbit_disk_monitor:set_enabled(true).'
