Include LSB Default-Start and Default-Stop lines in init script
Runlevel uses vary between distros; the runlevels given here correspond
to the most common Linux conventions. In particular, runlevel 2 is in
the stop list, because in most distros (Debian being a notable
exception) it means that network services should not be started.
