rabbit.autocluster => rabbit.cluster_formation
This name is both more descriptive and helps us avoid any possible
conflicts with rabbitmq-autocluster, in particular in the new config
format (Cuttlefish) that we will introduce for both soon.
Per discussion with @dcorbacho.
