open: close the file descriptor if the file fails to open

Close the file descriptor (freeing the file structure) when opening a
file fails.

Add openmem() function to read from memory as if it were a file

Reading from memory as if it were a file is pretty easy... we just
treat it as a really big block buffer and tell the file layer that we
already closed the underlying handle.

Automatically reformat com32/lib/sys/open.c using Nindent.

Do this for all files except HDT, gPXE and externally maintained
libraries (zlib, tinyjpeg, libpng).
