Automatically reformat com32/lib/sys/xserial_write.c using Nindent.

Do this for all files except HDT, gPXE and externally maintained
libraries (zlib, tinyjpeg, libpng).

Default to \n -> \r\n conversion in the ANSI and xserial modules,
rather than relying on escape codes to make that behave. This
effectively means that as far as the serial port is concerned, this
behavior cannot be turned off (with less than having the xserial state
machine interpret this sequence) and the escape code *should not* be
used.

That is fine for our applications, though.

If there is no serial console configured, we can simply drop writes
from com32 rather than letting syslinux do that.

Hello,

I have just get started using pxelinux, and encountered a problem.
The document says the simple menu system supports serial console,
and it works on syslinux 0.2x, but it doesn't seem to work in 0.3x and 0.4x.
I confirmed that this patch fixed the bug.
