* configure.ac:
Add --enable-gjdoc option and check
for mkdir -p.
* examples/Makefile.am,
* lib/Makefile.am,
* lib/copy-vmresources.sh.in:
Use @MKDIR_P@.
* tools/Makefile.am:
Allow building GJDoc to be disabled
and use @MKDIR_P@.
