* gnu/tools/serialver/Main.java: moved to
gnu/classpath/tools/SerialVer.java
* gnu/tools/: removed because it is empty
* gnu/classpath/Makefile.am: added tools to SUBDIRS
* gnu/classpath/tools/Makefile.am: new file
* gnu/classpath/tools/.cvsignore: new file
* configure.in: update Makefile output
* lib/standard.omit: avoid compiling gnu/classpath/tools because it
depends on gnu.bytecode
* gnu/classpath/tools/Util.java: new file
* gnu/classpath/tools/Javap.java: new file
* gnu/classpath/tools/JavapMain.java: new file
* gnu/classpath/tools/JavahMain.java: new file
* gnu/classpath/tools/tester.j: new file, helps test tools
* gnu/classpath/tools/README: new file
