Configure.
configure.in: added some makefile.am
* contrib/readme.txt: updated.
* contrib/bc5/bc5-makefile.zip: added borland 5.5 makefile. Contributed by
project cuppa.
* src/cppunit/TypeInfoHelper.cpp: fixed implementation to be more
portable.
