Yes, it works.
So now check-in mails are no longer sent via a forwarder at GMX
but they are sent directly from BerliOS to SF.net;
thanks to the SF.net people; the original support request was at
<https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=200001&aid=1168447&group_id=1>.
