Appveyor: Add and set HIDE_WINDOWS_KNOWN_ERRORS=Falsewinerr_show

+ Collect all "acknowledged" failing TCs on Appveyor and use
"HIDE_WINDOWS_KNOWN_ERRORS" var to hide them.
