BUG: Ensure out argument is returned by identity for 0d arrays
This makes the following functions consistent with the behavior of ufuncs:
* `np.argmax`
* `np.argmin`
* `np.choose`
* `np.trace`
* `np.round`
* `np.take`
Previously they would unpack these into scalars.
