.NET Binding for Qpid Messaging, in every .NET object that keeps
a reference to unmanaged memory:
* Function Cleanup() is deleted and cleanup is moved to Finalizer.
* Destructor calls Finalizer.
* Finalizer takes a lock before deleting unmanaged memory.
