QPID-3306 - Provides a more Ruby-like set of APIs on top of the bindings created by swig.
Applied patch from Darryl Pierce
Created the Session class and its unit tests.
The Session class is packaged as follows:
Qpid::Messaging::Session
A Session can create a Sender or a Receiver endpoint.
