Added the following tests in FailoverBeforeConsumingRecoverTest to the exclude list
RecoverTest#testOderingWithAsyncConsumer
RecoverTest#testOderingWithSyncConsumer
The FailoverBeforeConsumingRecoverTest extends RecoverTest.
