* src/qpid/broker/Daemon.cpp: Additional logging.
* configure.ac: Fixed problem with openais check.
* src/tests/test_env: Remove LD_PRELOAD dlclose_noop, only for CppUnit.
* src/tests/run-unit-tests: Added LD_PRELOAD dlclose_noop.
