QPID-2731, QPID-2741, QPID-2742: Enable the MessageStoreTest to run for the DerbyMessageStore. Test update of queue exclusivity. Apply various fixes to allowtest to pass (correct exchange count checks, flush messages to the store, delete store directory properly, check for the proper value for selector argument, add ability to unregister virtualhosts from the registry)
