Mention Properties keys in __dir__
The Python builtin ``dir()`` is now supported for a SQLAlchemy "properties"
object, such as that of a Core columns collection (e.g. ``.c``),
``mapper.attrs``, etc. Allows iPython autocompletion to work as well.
