restore set-as-superclass for OrderedSet
OrderedSet again subclasses set, spent some time
with the stubs at
https://github.com/python/typeshed/blob/master/stdlib/builtins.pyi#L887
to more deeply understand what they are doing here
so that we can type check fully.
