Implement SynonymProperty.get_history()
Implemented the ``.get_history()`` method, which also implies availability
of :attr:`.AttributeState.history`, for :func:`.synonym` attributes.
Previously, trying to access attribute history via a synonym would raise an
``AttributeError``.
Fixes: #3777
