Revert "exclude build env from cov reporting (jaraco/skeleton#60)"
This reverts commit e719f86c138a750f0c4599cd01cb8067b1ca95c8.
The issue seems to have been addressed somehow. Ref pytest-dev/pytest-cov#538.
