Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only
Change was done by running
find . -type f -exec perl -pi -e "s/LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0\+ OR GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0/LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0-only WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0/g" {} \;

... as "standard" ways to define line breaks and simple stretch.
There have already been too many patterns to do it.
Break() and Stretch() still work for the patches in flight, but
they are planned to be removed.

This change removes markup with its unthemed color values from
translatable strings. Terminates error messages with a ".". Adjusts the
message strings in the .ts files, accordingly.
The error label is changed from QLabel to Utils::InfoLabel.

Introduce EventLoopMode enum and pass it to the
QtcProcess::runBlocking() instead. There is no need to
store this setting. By default this value is NoEventLoop.

Make functionality dependent on an (intentionally ugly)
setProcessUserEventWhileRunning call.
Also, back-paddle a bit on API combination of QtcProcess and
SynchronousPrceoss for now and prevent the QtcProcess-and-
runBlocking and SynchronousProcess-and-start combinations.
Goal is still to have all in QtcProcess in the end, but this
may take a while.

Makes run() more similar to what start() looks like.
Also add some asserts to make sure run() and related functions are
only called on SyncronousProcesses, as these are currently the only
ones where this works.

This was requiring parameters the process object already knows.
This is a slight behavior change in most cases, it now includes
always the command line arguments, which previously only happened
in gcctoolchain.cpp and iarewtoolchain.cpp.

The result is fully stored in the object anyway. Using the extra
SynchronousProcessResponse structure only causes copies of
the data and complicates access on the user side in
a lot of cases.
The result bits are now also accessible individually.
There's obvious room for follow-up changes on the topic, e.g.
ShellCommand::runCommand's parameter list could shrink to
just a SynchronousProcess parameter.

Make it possible to create multiple AndroidConfigs so that we can have
a different one in the settings dialog from the global one. Move pretty
much every method from AndroidConfigurations to AndroidConfig, so that
the settings dialog can work with its copy. Also add some additional
logic to the settings page around the java setting. To start the avd
manager we need both a sdk path and a java path. Also do some basic
additional checking of the java path.

Introduce Profiles to store sets of values that describe a system/device.
These profiles are held by a target, getting rid of much of the information
stored in the Build-/Run-/DeployConfigurations, greatly simplifying those.
This is a squash of the wip/profile branch which has been on gerrit for a
while, rebased to current master.
