Ruby scanner: Fixed rarely used \c, \C-, and \M- escape sequences.
* JavaScript scanner: elaborate a comment
* SimpleRegexpScanner: Just some testing with the Ruby stack.
* coderay-lib.tmproj: I should just remove it from the repo...
